• Former Founder Director (1994-2010) of the Intelligent Systems Laboratory of the School of Engineering of the Buenos Aires University and Former Director (2002-2008) of the Software Engineering Master Degree Program of the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) in cooperation with the Computer Science School of the Technical University of Madrid.

• He has a Bachellor on Computer Science Degree (1988) from School of Sciences at the National University of La Plata, an Information Systems Diploma from National University of Luján, a Master on Information Engineering Degree (1992) and a PhD Degree in Computer Science (1997) from Computer Science School at the Politechnic University of Madrid.
